Study notes

Let's compare Hydrogen (H2) and Oxygen (O2). Step 1: Find molar masses. Hydrogen (H2) = 2 g/mol. Oxygen (O2) = 32 g/mol. Step 2: Use the formula where Rate of H2 / Rate of O2 = Square root of (Mass of O2 / Mass of H2). Step 3: Plug in numbers. Square root of (32 / 2) = Square root of 16. Step 4: The answer is 4. This means Hydrogen moves 4 times faster than Oxygen.
