Oral health promotion and health education methods

Study notes
A poster campaign fails to reduce sugar intake. Why might school brushing drills work better? Behavioural approaches (supervised practice, habit formation) beat information-only posters - health promotion's lesson is that knowledge rarely changes behaviour alone. Students learn the method mix: individual counselling for motivation, group programs for norms, mass media for awareness - matched to the goal, because the poster informs while the drill trains.
