Q: X has pmf: P(0)=0.2, P(1)=0.5, P(2)=0.3. Verify and find P(X >= 1). Sum: 0.2 + 0.5 + 0.3 = 1. Valid pmf! P(X >= 1) = P(1) + P(2) = 0.5 + 0.3 = 0.8. (Or 1 - P(0) = 0.8.)
