Frequently asked questions
Is my bank statement safe?
Yes. Your file is used only for conversion and is auto-deleted from the server within 1 hour. No signup, no data stored.
Will a password-protected PDF work?
Yes. Net-banking statements are usually password-protected — just enter the password at upload and it will convert.
Will a scanned or photographed statement work?
Only digital (text-based) PDFs are supported for now. The original PDF from your bank's email or net-banking is always digital — please use that one.
How do I import it into Tally?
Import the downloaded Tally XML in Tally Prime or ERP 9 via Gateway → Import → Vouchers. Every credit becomes a Receipt voucher and every debit a Payment voucher.
How large a statement can I convert?
PDFs up to 25MB, with any number of pages. One conversion gives you every transaction from the whole statement in a single Excel file.
