Draw a 100x60 plate with a central 20-diameter hole in AutoCAD: RECTANG from 0,0 to 100,60; CIRCLE center at 50,30 diameter 20; use TRIM or hatch as needed; DIMLINEAR to dimension 100 and 60; save as .dwg. Layers: OBJECT for outlines, HIDDEN for dashed, DIM for dimensions.
