Collaborate on a project: git init creates repo; git add . stages files; git commit -m 'Add login' snapshots. Create feature branch: git checkout -b feature; commit changes; git push origin feature. Open pull request; after review, merge to main. If conflict in app.py, edit markers, git add, commit. git log shows history; git revert undoes safely.
