Q: Find the mean deviation about the mean for: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. Mean = 30/5 = 6. Deviations: |2-6|=4, |4-6|=2, |6-6|=0, |8-6|=2, |10-6|=4. Sum = 12. MD = 12/5 = 2.4. About median (6): same here since mean = median = 6!
