Stroke rehab (early — 24–48h — mobilize: Brunnstrom — flaccid → spastic → recovery; spasticity — stretch, botulinum, baclofen; aphasia — speech; dysphagia — swallow; gait — AFO, cane; ADL — OT): SCI rehab (ASIA — A–E — complete/incomplete: acute — spinal shock; pressure — 2h turning — mattress; bladder — CIC — 4–6h; bowel — program; DVT — heparin; wheelchair — skills; vocational). Early is better — mobilize now.
