Q: A factory's marginal cost is MC = 2x + 3 rupees per unit. Find the extra cost of raising production from 10 to 20 units. Extra cost = integral 10 to 20 of (2x+3) dx = [x^2 + 3x] 10 to 20. At 20: 400 + 60 = 460. At 10: 100 + 30 = 130. Extra cost = 460 - 130 = 330 rupees.
