Back pain with gibbus and psoas abscess — Pott's spine; ATT 12 months. Spinal TB (Pott's — paradiscal — disc + adjacent vertebrae destroyed: back pain, gibbus — kyphosis, cold abscess — psoas: MRI; treat — ATT 12 months — mainstay; surgery — deficit, instability — decompress + fix): osteomyelitis (Staph aureus — children — metaphysis: pain, fever — X-ray — late; MRI — early; blood culture: antibiotics 4–6 weeks — cloxacillin; chronic — sequestrum (dead) + involucrum (new) — cloacae — debride + antibiotics). The gibbus is Pott's — ATT is the cure.
