Study notes
An anemic adolescent girl gets weekly IFA tablets at school — Anemia Mukt Bharat. Life-stage anemia control (6 months–59 months, 5–9 years, adolescents weekly IFA; pregnant — daily; deworming + fortified food alongside): hemoglobin rises, learning and work capacity follow. RKSK (adolescent clinics — nutrition, menstrual health, mental health, substance abuse) meets youth where they are. The school tablet is prevention in a blister pack — cheap, targeted, transformative.
