Sports injuries: ACL (pivot — pop, hemarthrosis — Lachman/anterior drawer: MRI; treat — young active — arthroscopic reconstruction — hamstring graft; RICE acutely), meniscus (twisting — locking, joint line tenderness — McMurray: repair — peripheral; meniscectomy — central), rotator cuff (repetitive overhead — painful arc — supraspinatus: physiotherapy; tear — MRI — repair), tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis — physiotherapy — eccentric), ankle sprain (inversion — RICE — proprioception). The pop is ACL — Lachman confirms.
