Fibroids (leiomyoma — benign — menorrhagia, pressure, infertility: USG; treat — small — observe; myomectomy — fertility; hysterectomy — complete; UAE — alternative). Ovarian (functional cysts — follicular/corpus luteal — observe — resolve; suspicious — solid, ascites — CA-125 + surgery — staging; cancer — vague — bloating — late: debulking + platinum chemo). Cervical (HPV — screening — Pap 21–65 3-yearly, HPV 30–65, VIA — low-resource: precancer — cryotherapy/LEEP; cancer — early — radical hysterectomy; advanced — chemoradiation; vaccine — 9–14y — prevents). Postmenopausal bleeding is endometrial cancer until biopsy — always sample.
